I think I should qualify the fact that, even though Dr. Lindsay is not a professing Christian–as yet, he at least seems to be going along the same trajectory as did Jordan Peterson in Peterson’s initial rejection and his failing to assent to the foundational Truth of the Christian’s ground for the Metaphysical Reality & Belief that acts as the ground for our Beliefs in the literal death, burial and resurrection of Christ as God Himself. Even though this is his struggle to come to a saving faith in Christ, it is my belief that we should not as Christians, short change his struggles in this regard, as we should not minimize anyone’s struggle to come to the saving faith of our Lord and Savior, but on the contrary; it is my belief that we should pray for all those who have doubts, as we should join in, in an active prayer life of faith and hope that all might come to the kind of faith that we have all been blessed with who look to our Savior and His redeeming power for our salvation, because it is by no other means that we ourselves have come to know him, all of us who have trust and confidence in that saving grace. This is the question that all of us in the West have come up against.
